What is Harmony with Harriet?
Harmony with Harriet is a 12-week coaching programme that supports women who want to prioritize their health and make lasting healthy changes. Through bi-weekly meetings, WhatsApp support and tailor-made coaching resources created and adapted by Harriet, the programme offers individualized support and will adapts to your specific hopes and goals. Using a holistic approach - considering the primary aspects of physical, emotional and social well-being, such as women’s health, movement, joy, self confidence, mental health, relationships and diet - Harriet will support you in identifying realistic but impactful goals that can lead to lasting change, without burning yourself out or with crazy restrictions.
The intention of this programme is not to overwhelm you with a ton of conflicting information, crazy work outs that you hate or put you on the newest fad diet. I know from my own personal experience that this isn’t how you create lasting change. It is to expand your understanding of health, work with you to create healthy changes and help you in finding a space of harmony with your self again. It’s about finding the path to sustainable healthy changes that works for you, and I would love to support you on this journey.

What areas of health does the Harmony with Harriet programme cover?
Although so much of what we hear to do with health is based on how we look and what we eat, the reality is that it is much more nuanced. Using a holistic approach, during the programme Harriet will teach you to expand your perspective on your health, inviting you to look into areas such as:

By doing this, you will begin to gain an understanding of which areas are causing the most dissonance, and from here - by talking it through, exploring knowledge and techniques, and creating a plan of action for healthy changes - we can work to getting you back into harmony together.
How is the Harmony with Harriet Programme run?
The Harmony with Harriet programme is a 12-week programme. During the programme you will meet with Harriet bi-weekly via Zoom, receive accountability and support on WhatsApp between meetings, as well as a variety of resources to support you with your goals - such as educational resources, tracking and accountability tools and summaries from each time we meet so you remember what we covered and what you’re working towards.
